In 2002, Collins earned a B.A. from National College of Art & Design, Dublin followed in 2004 by an M.A. from Chelsea College of Art and Design, London. In 2007-2008 I had a fellowship at Location One, New York other residencies include Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture, USA in 2006.
