Grounded in sculptural performance and utilizing a variety of media, our collaborative work is involved with the relationship between the unfamiliar with the over-familiar: Through an exploration of the visceral and the playful we experiment in bizarre and unpredictable worlds.
We have adopted a performative, process based approach and create interactive projects that focus on challenging conventional perceptions. Working site specifically, we respond to locations and communities exploring the relationship between media, artist and society.
Ruby Pester and Nadia Rossi are also part of the Glasgow based artist group NOW NOW who create and host socially engaged arts events across Scotland.
