'No Longer Extant (Julian & Harriet)'
'No Longer Extant (Julian & Harriet)'

cast bronze, acrylic paint, clay, approx. 15x10x8cm, 2006

Either a totemic object or elaborate paperweight, 'No Longer Extant...' combines direct references to Julian Copes infamous 'Fried' lp cover and the recent death of 'Harriet' - a 175 year old Galapagos tortoise purportedly brought back from the islands by Charles Darwin.
