Céline Gagnon 

Céline Gagnon has over 15 years of experience in fundraising, grant-making and governance in the performing arts and social change sectors. Céline supports small and medium size organisations to strive for excellence, remain financially sustainable and develop a realistic business plan underpinned by a clear vision and a sound fundraising strategy. Previous and current clients include: Theatre503, artsdepot, Cockpit Studios, Fevered Sleep, ACAVA, Chisenhale Dance Space, London Funders, Javaad Alipoor Company, London International Festival of Theatre (LIFT), Black Funding Network, Festival of Thrift, and Synergy Theatre Project. In addition, Céline manages grant-making programmes on behalf of the Religious of the Assumption.

Before setting up as a consultant, Céline was Chief Executive of The Funding Network (TFN) – an organisation that drives social change by encouraging corporate and private giving to grassroots organisations. Céline worked in the cultural sector for over a decade, delivering successful fundraising strategies and positive culture shifts at Battersea Arts Centre, Kiln Theatre and Farnham Maltings. They were closely involved in Battersea Arts Centre’s capital campaign and led the capital fundraising strategy for Kiln.

Céline sits on the advisory board of non zero one and is a script reader at Theatre503 in a voluntary capacity and recently joined the Association of British Members of the Swiss Alpine Club as Company Secretary and slowly working towards a Mountain Leader qualification.
