Make use of SSW throughout the year with Open Access (O/A). Offered on a ‘Production’ or ‘Research’ basis, with non-residential rates also available, Open Access is here for any artist, maker or individual wishing to develop a project, fabricate work or spend time with their practice.
Production O/A can be based within our ceramics studio and metal workshop and supported by a technician who will offer bespoke guidance and training as required to enable you throughout your stay with us. Production O/A also provides a desk within our shared studio and library.
Research O/A offers use of our bright and airy open plan studio, alongside our cosy library, for desk and studio based research and making. There is no workshop access through Research O/A.
