It is autumn in Lumsden and we are happy to announce our October Programme for 2023, taking place in the Community Making Space at SSW. We’ve got some exciting things happening throughout the month, and we’d love to have you join us!
More events to be announced for the rest of the year, details coming soon.
First up we have a radio recording project Sonic Valley for young people ages 15+. In this three-day workshop we’ll get together, learn new skills, and test out what is possible in sound and music production.
In the run up to Halloween we have Kids Holiday Club to make your spooky costumes, party decorations and even create a scary soundscape together.
Finally, we will end October by resurrecting the Lumsden Halloween party in the village hall. Games and karaoke for all, and bring a ghoulish dish to share with the whole community for a potluck buffet.

All events are free and open to all ages
At the Halloween party, children must be accompanied by an adult
