Free events from Sunday 26 November
We are excited to share our Winter Community Programme developed in collaboration with our Community Advisory Group.
Working together it was clear that setting up ways of coming together and celebrating the light during these dark months was important. So this programme focuses on making Lumsden luminous and offers workshops and celebrations that focus on bringing light, warmth, and creativity to the long nights ahead. From mug making and paper kiln firing to lantern and candle making we will join together to light up the village with your work and enjoy a few surprises too. These workshops are planned as cozy, social gatherings centered on hands-on making. On the 15 December we will also celebrate 1 year of the Community Making Space with a light filled party!
Join us this winter to make, learn, connect and celebrate together.
How to take part
- All events are free and open to all ages
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
