As a first post for the SSW blog I have selected a few images from Sunday’s demonstrations by local talented artists, crafts people and tradesmen. It was a privilege to meet the artisans and observe their ease around the materials. They will be here again this Sunday (18th) to continue the process as part of The Lost Hand Programme running during NEOS at the Scottish Sculpture Workshop. The images include a Specialist Painter, a Stone Mason, a Cooper, a traditional Kilt-maker, an Upholsterer and a Wood Carver.
