A place where pottery meets the pub!
Come and join us once a month from 6-8pm for an evening of getting together with neighbours and having fun with all things clay. These relaxed creative sessions will introduce different clay techniques such as hand building and applying glazes and offer you plenty of time to work on your own creations. If you haven’t used clay before don’t worry, no experience is required.
Snacks and refreshments are provided and all materials, consumables and firing are free.
Clay Socials are only open to people living in Lumsden, Honeybarrel, Mossat and Kildrummy.
Friday 27 February – Playing with Glaze
Come along and experiment with colour, layer glazes, and enjoy the magic of watching your clay pieces change through different glazing techniques.
Friday 27 March – Making for the Mary Fair
Get involved in making for Lumsden’s Mary Fair which will take place in May. Join us to create clay medals for finishers of this year’s Lumsden Primary Run Lumsden!
